Frequently Asked Questions

Helpful details before you book

How fast will you confirm?

We will confirm our availability with the initial notary request within 1 business day or sooner. Once we receive the order and the appointment is confirmed, we will reach out to the signer within 3 hours of confirmation to confirm and/or schedule the notary service.

How do payments work?

Payment is due once services are rendered. We accept multiple forms of payment—including check, cash, Venmo, and cards (tap only).

Do you print documents?

Yes. I can print both letter (8.5×11) and legal (8.5×14) size documents. Printing is available in black & white and color (select printing on the order form for an instant estimate). By default, we print single sided. If you want double sided, please request that specifically in the notes.

Do you scan and upload documents?

Yes. After the signing, I can scan documents if I am sending them out via shipping and provide them digitally as needed. I also have a secure portal and can send a secure upload link for receiving documents. If you need to share documents, I can create a private link that can be protected with a password.

Can you ship documents after they’re signed?

Yes. I can ship completed documents, but you’ll need to provide the shipping label—preferably FedEx or UPS. If you include the label with the documents (or provide it digitally), I can ship them back to where they need to go.

What should I have ready?

A current government-issued photo ID for each signer, and all documents that need notarization.
